TEXARKANA, Ark. — Mixed martial arts fighting is taking over the Texarkana Arkansas Convention Center this weekend.

Peak Fighting returns to Texarkana over a 2-night period on Friday and Saturday. Domination is slated for Friday (Peak Fighting 6), and Proving Ground (Peak Fighting 7) is on Saturday.

“Our fighters are working to move up the ranks,” Peak Fighting promoter Bryan Poe said. “Our fights are basically what people see on TV when they watch UFC fights but on a smaller scale.

“We are almost positive that we will sellout for both nights. We have less than 100 tickets for each night; that’s it. Tickets will be available at the door only if there are any left. I would not count on tickets being available at the door.”

Zikica Krsmanovic (5-1-0) takes on Christopher Miller (4-4-0) in the main event on Friday. The co-main event features Jessie Henry (0-0-0) clashing with Michell Cupp (0-3-0).

Eduardo Herrera (4-2-0) fights Ishiah Carson (2-20) on the main card, along with Daniel Young (0-00) tussling with Andrew Spencer (1-0-0).

Rounding out the main card are Matthew Scoggin (1-1-0) taking on Marcus Williamson (1-0-0) and Dania Cruz (0-0-0) facing Nathalie Martinez (1-0-0). There are 13 preliminary bouts on the card.

Saturday’s main event pits Colton Hamm (2-1-0) against Dakota Hope-Lewis (5-0-0), and the co-main event is Dawond Pickney (0-1-0) grappling with Clarence Brown (5-11-0).

Daniel Staggs (0-1-0) rumbles with Justin Condie (2-0-0), Annette Nichols (0-0-0) makes her debut against Rainn Guerrero (1-0-0), Jeff Creighton (3-1-0) battles Tyler Jones (6-9-0) and Keron Reed (0-0-0) debuts against John Yannis (0-0-0), who also makes his debut.

There will be 12 preliminary bouts before the main card fights.

Tickets can be purchased at peakfighting.com, and a ticket is required for each night, Domination and Proving Ground. Tickets range in price dependent upon the location of the seat. All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Chairs will be spaced out in compliance with social distancing practices.
