The Silvermoon on Broad, located in downtown Texarkana, Texas, has several distinct gathering areas. The art-deco, 1885 Parlor (inside 211 West Broad), is cozy with carpet and elegant lighting. The funky and cool outdoor Singer Courtyard (behind the Parlor) rounds out the main spaces.
