- By Raye Smith

Crimes of the century: From art galleries and museums to banks and jewelry stores, criminals have been scheming up increasingly creative ways to rob the world’s most impressive (and highly guarded) institutions since the creation of currency. Legendary James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan digs into some of the world’s greatest capers as the host of the new, eightepisode docuseries “History’s Greatest Heists with Pierce Brosnan,” premiering on History Channel Tuesday, Feb. 7.

In each one-hour episode, the series “uncovers the meticulous planning, daring execution and shocking aftermath behind one of the most elaborate real-life heists in history” (per History Channel). Using dramatic recreations, dynamic storytelling and cutting-edge visual effects, alongside first-person witness accounts from the people who were there, “History’s Greatest Heists” embeds Brosnan into the heart of the case using state-ofthe-art technology, bringing the stories to life and breaking them down to the smallest, cleverest details.

The show’s eight-episode run includes the stories behind the notorious Lufthansa Heist of New York; a robbery at New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, where an estimated $5.875 million was stolen, with $5 million in cash and $875,000 in jewelry; the half-billion-dollar Gardner Museum art theft, where 13 works of art were stolen from the museum in Boston; and the Antwerp Belgium Diamond Heist, the largest diamond heist of all time.

Unravel the plots that brought some of the most daring, large-scale burglaries when “History’s Greatest Heists with Pierce Brosnan” premieres on History Channel Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Unreal TV: The Garden State ladies are back with more drama, life and love as they learn that you reap what you sow in Season 13 of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” which premieres Tuesday, Feb. 7, on Bravo.

Ever since the lavish lives of some of America’s most well-to-do women came to the screen in 2006 with the premiere of the franchise-launching series “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” reality TV fans have been enamored with the glitz, glamor and gossip on screen. “New Jersey” was one of the franchise’s earliest spinoffs, behind “New York” and “Atlanta,” and as it heads into its 13th season, it shows no signs of slowing down.

Fans of the series will recognize returning cast members Teresa Giudice, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs, who are joined this season by newcomers Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda. Season 13 will also feature their friends, Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler.

This time around, Teresa is wrapped up in her bubble of love, as she plans her fairytale wedding to Louie (keep an eye out for the upcoming special focusing on the event). But her relationship with Melissa and her brother Joe remains on shaky ground. Other highlights from the season include Dolores’ new relationship with Paul “Paulie” Connell, which lights a fire in her ex-husband, Frank Catania; Margaret fighting off some vicious gossip; and Jennifer reeling in the aftermath of Bill’s affair.

Meanwhile, newcomer Danielle, an over-the-top mom, wife and businesswoman, struggles with a broken relationship with her own brother and attempts to use her experience to encourage peace between Teresa and the Gorgas. Fellow newcomer and supermom Rachel juggles her family life and children with ease and is considering adopting her husband, John’s, older son from a previous relationship.

Settle in for a new season of the drama-packed, unfiltered lives of some of New Jersey’s most elite families when “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” premieres its 13th season Tuesday, Feb. 7, on Bravo.

Now you see it: Some of the world’s greatest illusionists take to the stage once again to bring the wonder of their shows to your living rooms: Season 9 of “Masters of Illusion” premieres on The CW Saturday, Feb. 11.

Originally airing on Pax TV from 2000 to 2001, “Masters of Illusion” was picked up and revived by The CW in 2014. The series invites skilled magicians from around the world to perform their best illusions and acts, without any assistance or gimmickry from cameras or computers, as they put everything on the line in front of a live audience.

Once again hosted by CW sweetheart Dean Cain — who is known for his work in “Supergirl” and “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” and who’s helmed the show since the debut of its revival — “Masters of Illusion” sees its talented competitors perform everything from sleight-of-hand and seemingly impossible escapes to interactive mind magic during each half-hour show.

Sink into the awe-inspiring talent of the nation’s greatest illusionists when Season 9 of “Masters of Illusion” premieres on The CW Saturday, Feb. 11.
