GLENMARKUS WALKER

Mr. Glenmarkus Denzel Walker left us on February 22, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Glenmarkus was a beautiful soul. This, in brief, is his story.

Glenmarkus was born on August 2, 1990, in Texarkana, Texas. He attended school in the Texarkana, Arkansas school district and graduated from Arkansas High in 2008. Glenmarkus attended college at Grambling State University and majored in Mathematic­s.

Glenmarkus married Kia Bursey on July 14, 2018. Glenmarkus went on to be employed at CTEH as an Environmen­tal Specialist for six years.

Glenmarkus was preceded in death by his grandparen­ts, Jerry E. Walker, Monroe and Bettie Walton and his aunt, Rhonda Walker.

Glenmarkus is survived and will be missed by his: wife, Kia Bursey-walker, Little Rock, Arkansas; children, Jerrion Rashad Walker, Texarkana, AR, Axel Glen Walker, Kade Jerry Walker and Aria Bursey, all of Little Rock, Arkansas; parents, Michelle and Tracy Walton, Texarkana, Arkansas and Rory and Patreece Rhodriquez, Miami, Florida; grandparen­ts, Thelma Walker, Texarkana, Arkansas and Reginald and Fredricka Rhodriquez, Miami, Florida; siblings, Courtney (Sha’candra) Walton, Atlanta, Georgia, Ja’lynn (Clifford) Gray, Little Rock, Arkansas, Neshia (Justin) Harris-fricks, Texarkana, Arkansas, Christophe­r (Shaniece) Bell, Houston, Texas and a special cousin, Brandon Walker of Texarkana, Texas . Glenmarkus also leaves to cherish his memories a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

A celebratio­n of Glenmarkus’s life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Lonoke Baptist Church, 1841 Lonoke Avenue, Texarkana, Arkansas with Pastor Arthur Hill, Sr. as the eulogist.

Interment to follow afterwards in Chapelwood Memorial Garden under direction of Lyles Funeral Home, Inc.

Ronald Kennedy, age 70, of Wake Village, Texas, passed away on February 27, 2023. Services are pending with Chapelwood Funeral Home.

SATURDAY RONALD KENNEDY

Ronald D. Kennedy, age 70, of Wake Village, Texas, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at his home.

M r . Kennedy was born on September 24, 1952, in Torrance, California to Ronald and Rachelene Kennedy. His career was spent as a Railroad Engineer. In his free time, he enjoyed visiting with family, playing with his grandchild­ren, singing gospel songs, and watching westerns with his little dog, Pete.

Ronald was a wonderful and loving husband, father, and grandfathe­r.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Kennedy, his mother Rachelene Kennedy Rogers and his stepfather, Herbert Rogers.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Kathy Kennedy, two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Shanon Kennedy and Brian and Heidi Kennedy; seven grandchild­ren, Adeline, Lawson, Sophie, Kinley, Owen, Eldon, and Aiden; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kennedy and family and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kennedy and family.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Chapelwood Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Texarkana, Arkansas.

William “Bill” Feazell, Jr. died March 1, 2023. Services will be 1:00 P.M. March 6, 2023 at St. Mary of the Cenacle Catholic Church. Visitation the evening before.
