Linda D. Carver-parker age 69 of Norman, Oklahoma went home to be with her Lord and Savior, May 15, 2023.

Linda was born November 23, 1953 in Munich, Germany to Charles Ray and Jean Carver. She will be greatly missed as a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmothe­r, and great-grandmothe­r. Linda dearly loved being married to Buddy while she also enjoyed spending time with her favorite dog Dougie as well as Darla and Lucy. She also enjoyed attending bible study at Lakeview Baptist Church as well as loved watching the deer, hummingbir­ds and big black birds pick up the breadcrumb­s that Buddy would throw in the yard. She very much enjoyed seeing her grandchild­ren come to visit. Linda also loved spending time with her sister.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Ray and Grace Isabelle Jean Carver. Her brother Edward Arnold Carver. Her maternal grandparen­ts Laura Redman and George Tite. Her paternal grandparen­ts, Ada Cowlin and Andrew Jackson Carver.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, George “Buddy” Parker of Norman, OK; daughters, Susan Diane Hughey of Oklahoma City, OK, Kathleen Renee and husband Brent Moore of TX; son, Michael Scott Pepper of TX; sister Wanda S and husband Darrel E. Curry of Ft. Worth, TX; 5 grandchild­ren; 6 great-grandchild­ren, with one on the way; 3 nieces and many cousins.

A celebratio­n of life for Linda will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service Chapel, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071.
