“Kids Are Growing Up: A Story About a Kid Named LAROI” (2024)

Ratner (“Justin Bieber: Seasons”) comes the newly-released documentar­y “Kids Are Growing UP:A Story About a Kid Named LAROI,” available now on Prime Video.the documentar­y follows Australian rapper Charlton Howard — who is known by his stage name, the Kid LAROI. LAROI has seen a meteoric rise to superstard­om, having gone from a relative unknown to selling out his hometown arena over the course of three years.the film covers everything from the 20-year-old rapper’s upbringing in Australia to his most recent success. Featuring interviews with Post Malone (“Sunflower”), Justin Bieber (“Peaches”) and the Kid LAROI himself, viewers get an in-depth look at how LAROI deals with being an adult, navigating fame, struggling with mental health and mourning the death of his mentor, Juice WRLD (“Lucid Dreams”). “Mortal Engines” (2018)
