Bringing Georgia Hunter’s New York Times bestsellin­g novel to life, the new limited series “We Were the Lucky Ones” premieres Thursday, March 28, on Hulu. Inspired by an incredible true story, the show follows one Jewish family who are separated at the start of World War II. “Fright Krewe” – Season 2

After a frightenin­gly popular first season, and a Season 2 announceme­nt dropped spectacula­rly at Halloween, all-new episodes of “Fright Krewe” are finally here, available to stream on both Hulu and Peacock as of Friday, March 29. Created by long-time friends James Frey (“A Million Little Pieces,” 2018) and Eli Roth (“Thanksgivi­ng,” 2023), this Dreamworks Animation original series has been dubbed a “gateway to horror” for tweens and teens, and follows as five ordinary kids living in New Orleans are burdened with saving their city from Belial — an ancient demon who feeds on fear — after unleashing the spirit of a voodoo queen. After a valiant fight during the series first season, the “krewe” now face a Belial who is stronger than ever, threatenin­g to make the kids’ worst fears come true. Determined as they are, Soleil, Missy, Pat, Stanley and Maybe must first formulate a plan and better hone their own individual ancestral powers (their Ioa). With new adversarie­s, new allies and new monsters galore, Season 2 of “Fright Krewe” features a cast of voice actors including Sydney Mikayla (“Dew Drop Diaries”), Grace Lu (“Bunk’d”), Terrence Little Gardenhigh (“Firebuds”), Chester Rushing (“Stranger Things” and Tim Johnson Jr. (“Saturdays”), among others.

“DC League of Super-pets” (2022)

Based on beloved characters from the DC universe, this family-friendly film drops viewers in the heart of Metropolis, where Superman (Krasinski) lives with his trusty, canine sidekick: Krypto the Super-dog (Johnson).the two are inseparabl­e — man and man’s best friend — until Superman and the Justice League are captured by the evil Lex Luthor (Marc Maron, “Genie,” 2023). Needing a team of his own, Krypto wrangles a group of pets who have all been given super powers — including Batman’s (Reeves) crime-fighting dog, Ace (Hart), a turtle named Merton (Lyonne) and a squirrel named Chip (Luna) — and together, they form a plan to free the Justice League from Luthor once and for all.written for the screen by Jared Stern and John Whittingto­n (both of “The Lego Batman Movie,” 2017), “DC League of Super-pets” is directed by Stern and co-directed by Sam J.
