Police searching for suspect in armed robbery of Wells Fargo

Staff reports LOWER MAKEFIELD - Police are searching for a suspect in connection with a bank robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank at 706 Stony HLOO 5RDG Rn -Dn. 18. 3ROLFH were called to the bank at approximately 9:10 a.m.

According to police, the suspect is a white male, approximately 5’ 10”, about 200 pounds and wearing a gray hoodie, gloves, a black ski mask. He was armed with a black automatic style handgun, police said.

Police said the suspect pointed the weapon at bank employees and ordered a EDnN HPSORyHH WR fiOO EDgV with cash from both the teller drawers. The man then ordered an employee, at gun point, to enter the vault for additional money.

RETAIL THEFT: On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road, at Kohl’s, reported at 7:01 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 32-year-old female from Morrisville for taking $62.01 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

RETAIL THEFT: On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road, at Kohl’s, reported at 9:50 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 21-year-old female from Feasterville for taking $134.44 auto, leaving the shopping center on Stony Hill Road toward Heacock Road, police said.
