The fol­low­ing in­for­ma­tion is pro­vided by the Lower Makefield PolLce De­part­ment:

Fri­day, Jan. 25

DIS­OR­DERLY CON­DUCT – On the 700 block of Stony Hill Road, re­ported at 3:37 a.m. Po­lice ob­served a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle while on pa­trol. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the dis­cov­ery of a small amount of mar­i­juana. The 28-year-old male driver from Tren­ton, N.J. was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct.

Thurs­day, Jan. 24

DRUG AR­REST – At Hum­ming­bird Court and Wil­low Pond Drive, re­ported at 1:31 a.m. While pa­trolling the area due to re­cent thefts and bur­glar­ies, po­lice ob­served a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the ar­rest of the 23-year-old male driver from Ore­field for pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and drug para­pher­na­lia.

FRAUD – On the 800 block of Duchess Drive, re­ported at 7:48 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports unau­tho­rized use of a credit card val­ued at $121.02.

Tues­day, Jan. 22

AT­TEMPTED THEFT – On Black Rock Road, Pump Sta­tion re­ported at 8:20 a.m. Com­plainant re­ports un­known per­son(s) at­tempted to gain ac­cess to a fence area in the rear of pump sta­tion. Noth­ing re­ported miss­ing at this time.

THEFT – On the 700 block of Stony Hill Road, re­ported at 2:02 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports theft of cop­per and sev­eral tools from shed. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $6,000.

Mon­day, Jan. 21

BUR­GLARY – On the 1600 block of Westover Road, re­ported at 1:49 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports un­known per­son(s) en­tered the house and re­moved an ubox 360 con­sole and games.

Sun­day, Jan. 19

AT­TEMPTED BUR­GLARY – On the 200 block of Cricket Court, re­ported at 1:57 a.m. Com­plainant re­ports hear­ing noises then ob­served bro­ken glass on a door and a male’s hand reach through. When com­plainant yelled, the ac­tor fled. Noth­ing re­ported miss­ing at this time.

BUR­GLARY – On the 1600 block of Lake­view Cir­cle, re­ported at 2:06 a.m. Com­plainant re­ports see­ing a sub­ject wear- ing a black puffy coat stand­ing in the garage hold­ing the com­plainant’s skate­board. Sub­ject fled on skate­board when con­fronted by com­plainant.

CRIM­I­NAL MIS­CHIEF – On the 500 block of W. Tren­ton Av­enue, re­ported at 3:39 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports that un­known per­son(s) put bleach in the ve­hi­cle’s gas tank. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $150.

DIS­OR­DERLY CON­DUCT – At Black Rock and Westover roads, re­ported at 10:52 p.m. Po­lice re­sponded to the report of a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the dis­cov­ery of a small amount of mar­i­juana. The 19-year-old male driver from Le­vit­town was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct. on a bench war­rant out of Bucks County on Jan. 15 at 5:32 p.m. on the 5800 block of Fleetwing Drive, Le­vit­town and re­leased to the Bucks County Sher­iff’s De­part­ment.

Fri­day, Jan. 18

AR­REST: James Gleason, age 24, of Lau­rel Drive, Bris­tol, was ar­rested on a war­rant out of Bris­tol Town­ship on Jan. 17 at 5:17 p.m. on Route 413, Bris­tol. Sub­ject was video ar­raigned, bail set at 10 per­cent of $5,000 and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of bail.

Mon­day, Jan. 21

Crim­i­nal Mis­chief – At 6:37 p.m., po­lice report a rock was thrown through a win­dow on Washington Street. salue un­known.

THEFT – Po­lice report that ra­di­a­tors and cop­per tub­ing, val­ued at $5,000, was stolen from Swain Street be­tween the last week of Dec., 2012 and Jan. 21.

THEFT – Po­lice report that a 1979 Grum­man row­boat was stolen from McKin­ley Street within the last month. salue un­known.

Mon­day, Jan. 21

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) broke into a red Ford Fu­sion and a Grey Pon­tiac on Main Av­enue, Croy­don. A Garmin GPS and $50 in cash were re­moved from the Ford and $120 and a pack of cigarettes were re­moved from the Pon­tiac. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 19 at 5:09 p.m.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered a Mini­van that was un­locked on For­est Lane, Le­vit­town. A sen­tura por­ta­ble DsD player was taken. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $150. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 20 at 3:11 p.m.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered an un­locked ve­hi­cle on For­tune Lane, Le­vit­town and re­moved a fire com­pany badge. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $125. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 20 at 10:14 a.m.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered a Chevro­let truck parked on Green­brook Drive, Le­vit­town and re­moved a RY­OBI im­pact gun, Huskey socket set and as­sorted Huskey wrenches. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $250. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 20 at 1:09 p.m.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered into a green Jeep and a sil­ver Ford truck on Green­brook Drive, Le­vit­town. A Ken­wood car stereo and iPod were re­moved from the Jeep and a Sony video cam­era and tri­pod, dig­i­tal score­board and a Garmin GPS were re­moved from the Ford. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $1,530. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 20 at 2:14 p.m.

Tues­day, Jan. 22

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered a white Chevro­let on Green­brook Drive, Le­vit­town. A Garmin Nuvi GPS and a Freon scale were taken. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $600. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 21 at 6:09 p.m.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered a work van on Elizabeth Lane, Le­vit­town. Power tools were taken. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $2,500. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 22.

Fri­day, Jan. 25

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE: Some­time overnight, un­known sub­ject(s) en­tered a red Ford work truck on Gold­en­ridge Drive, Le­vit­town. A Hilti drill and nail gun were taken. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $2,100. Theft was re­ported on Jan. 24 at 6 a.m.
