Beth’s White Chili
• 2 15 to 16 ounce cans great
northern beans, not drained • Blue or yellow corn tortilla chips
(for garnish and side) • 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or
2 teaspoons garlic powder • 1/4 cup ground cumin • 3 pounds ground chicken or turkey • 1 can chicken broth • 2 small cans of chopped, green chilies • 1 large head of cauliflower, shredded • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
