Scott Jensen, Falls Legion Post 834
A recent Truman graduate, Scott Jensen is off to a wonderful start at the plate for Post 834. He is batting close to .400 and added to that total in a Father’s Day home doubleheader against both Ephrata and Lower Southampton.
Against Ephrata, he pelted three hits, two of which were doubles, to help the Dirtbags score 13 runs. Later that afternoon, he went 1-for-3 with a dou- ble and RBI as Falls shut out Lower Southampton by a 5-0 score.
“Lately, I’ve been seeing the ball really well,” said Jensen, who is undecided on a college choice. Thus far, Jensen has eight extra base hits, six of which are doubles.
