A presentation on a tentative master plan for development at the balance of the former Unisys property will be made at the Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors Sept. 18 meeting, which begins at 8 p.m.

The presentation by Corporate Offices Property Trust, owner of the property, is “for information purposes only,” township officials said.

The property was subdivided into four parcels in 1996, with three purchased by COPT and the fourth by another com- pany, according to Township Manager Roman Pronczak. COPT has renovated existing buildings on the property into a combination of high-end office and warehouse space, he said. Two buildings are finished and one is currently under construction.

There is additional building space and the owner will be submitting land development applications “to introduce an overall vision of the site and get preliminary input” on putting in more high-end office space, Pronczak said.

The plan will “tie down” maximum square footage
