Robert W. Johnston
Robert W. Johnston, 67, of Palm Harbor, Fla., passed away at home on Aug. 18, 2012, after a courageous three year battle with leiomyosarcoma. Bob was born in Philadelphia on July 27, 1945 and grew up in Ambler, Pa.
He graduated from Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pa., and then furthered his studies and graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wis. Bob taught at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and later moved to Florida IRU D FDUHHU LQ fiQDQFLDO FRQsulting.
Bob is survived by his wife, Frances, and their daughters, Lauren and Kimberly of Palm Harbor; as well as his mother, Nancy, of Ambler; his brother Wayne and wife Joyce of Horsham; his brother Charlie and his wife, Kathy, of Newport, Del.; and nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his father, Earl, in 2007.
Grave-site services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 27, at Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, Pa.
