Olivia I. Smith (Gee) of Ambler died Wednesday, Oct. 17, at her home. She was born May 1, 1922, in Mobile, Ala., daughter of the late Alfred and Sarah (Young) Gee. She attended schools in Pittsburg and for many years worked for the Montgomery County Health Agency as a home care health aid. She was a member of the Emmanuel A.U.M.P. Church in Ambler.

Surviving are her loving husband of 70 years, the Rev. Major Smith; four daughters, Drena Harvard, Rosalynn Smith, Dianne Carter and Rozenia Smith; a son, John M. Smith; 11 grandchild­ren, 23 greatgrand­children; four greatgreat- grandchild­ren; a brother, Harold Gee (Irene); and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Emmanuel A.U.M.P. Church in Ambler. Interment was in Rolling Green Memorial park in West Chester.

Arrangemen­ts were entrusted to the Richard C. Johnson Jr., FH, Norristown.
