The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce will hold the second program in a four-part series focusing on financing and investment opportunities for businesses looking to start or complete a retro-fitting project in the Greater Philadelphia region Oct. 30 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Ambler Boiler House, 201 S. Maple Ave., Ambler. Topics that will be discussed include loan programs, rebates, tax incentives and other innovative financial tools that will enable increased project development and execution. Opening remarks by Rob Wonderling, GPCC president and CEO, and Josh Shapiro, Montgomery County Commissioners chairman, followed by a panel discussion featuring Josh Costell, general manager and executive vice president of Tozour Energy Services; Brittany Fessler, of Summit Realty Advisors LLC; Anne Nevins, senior vice president of marketing development for Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation; and Anne Papageorge, vice president for facilities and real estate services, University of Pennsylvania.
