Blue River PFHA Report: Jan 3. Elevation is normal (stable), water temperatur­e 47°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Trout, Rainbow excellent on in-line spinnerbai­ts, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, spoons around creek channels, river channel, rocks. Comments: Orange and chartreuse mouse tails have been producing good numbers for bait fisherman.
