Pushmataha County Sportsman Club presents the 53rd Annual BIG BASS RODEO

It is time to gear up for the Pushmataha County Sportsman Club’s Annual Big Bass Rodeo. This year the tournament will take place on Pine Creek Lake on April 20 and 21.

The tournament headquarters will be at the pavilion on Rock Creek Point in Little River South Park. Fishing will be from approximately 7:00 a.m., after a review of the rules, until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Contestant boat numbers will be drawn for leaving order. Numbers will be reserved on Sunday. Fishing will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 3:00 p.m.

Guaranteed $500 money is based on a percentage of the total number of entries. For example: if there are 100 would be $2,500. First place would pay $625.00. First Place – 25%, 2nd

Place – 20%, 3rd Place – 15%, 4th Place – 8% and 5th Place – 7%.

Compliments of Tadpoles Marine: $200 for the largest bass caught by a youth, 12 or under; $200 for the largest bass caught by a youth, 1315; and $100 for the bass closest to 4 lbs without going over. will be awarded from 6th place on until the supply by area merchants. Any than their cash award.

Entry fee is $25.00 per angler. No - ing. You may register by mail or at the tournament headquarters on April 19 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. or from 5:00 a.m. until 6:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 20th. You must be a member of the Pushmataha County Sportsman Club. Memberships are $20 per year or a temporary tournament membership (good for Big Bass Rodeo ONLY) is available for $5.00.
