Wesley William Brennan 1927-2012. Wesley William Brennan died on December 18, 2012 in Sun Lakes, Az. He was born on May 18, 1927 to Emma and Francis Brennan in Missoula Montana. He graduated from Hellgate High School in Missoula where he played basketball and baseball. He was a smoke jumper, trained in Missoula and also raced hydroplane­s. He served our country in the Navy starting in 1945, stationed in Hawaii. He attended the University of Montana, Missoula where he met Audrey Elinor Torgerson. They married on Sept. 1, 1950. They had 3 children, Colleen, Le Ann and Kathryn. Working for Carpenter Paper Co. and later Nationwide Paper, the family moved from Montana to New Mexico, to Texas and back to Montana. His wife Audrey died in 1974. He met Patricia Rentschler in 1995 in Sun Lakes, Az. where they played golf and spent time with friends. They have been together for 16 years and did enjoy traveling together to Ireland, New Zealand and Africa. They have a home in Arizona and enjoyed the cabin on Placid Lake in Montana. He loved 4 wheeling, hunting and getting together with friends and family. Wesley is preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Francis Brennan and his wife Audrey. He is survived by Pat Rentschler, his daughters, Colleen (Philip) Rodriguez of Dalbo, MN., Le Ann (Robert) Anderson of Stanchfiel­d, MN., and Kathryn Brennan (Robert Tinnell) of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchild­ren and 12 great grandchild­ren and other friends and relatives. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
