63, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on December 12, 2012. Bob was born in Cleveland, OH to Col. Robert B. and Elizabeth R. Kirkpatric­k. After traveling extensivel­y in the U.S. and Europe, he settled in Phoenix in 1968. He served as an Army medic from 1969 to 1971. He worked for over 20 years in the entertainm­ent and staging business in the valley, owning his own staging business at one time, Profession­al Staging Services. Later in life he worked part time as a self-taught computer technician. Bob was the consummate hippie and Dead Head; "peace and love" being his everlastin­g message. He had a passion for music, art, science, and anything creative and beautiful in life; a truly kind and unique man. He was remembered by anyone who met him and will be missed greatly by all who had the privilege of knowing him. A devoted husband, he is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda. He was a loving and tender father to daughters Molly Ann Kirkpatric­k and Kate Elizabeth Dube (John). He leaves behind three grandchild­ren, Liberty, Abraham, and Talia.
