Shea3D: Buyers get more options

Shea Homes has taken floorplan flexibility to a new dimension with its Shea3D concept.

But for Shea, it means three versions of the main living area of each floor plan. All versions have the same square footage, and all have a combined kitchen and great room. But each has a separate focus. The company calls these focuses outdoor-centric, entertainment-centric and kitchencentric.
