Notes: Packers QB Matt Flynn helped salvage a tie against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday by directing three fourth-quarter scoring drives after he replaced Scott Tolzien. Flynn’s familiarity with coach Mike McCarthy’s system allowed the Packers to run some of their no-huddle offense. The Lions are well aware of Flynn’s capabilities; the veteran backup threw six touchdown passes against them in the 2011 regular-season finale. ... Lions QB Matthew Stafford must rebound from a four-interception performance that was the main contributor in a shocking loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week12. Stafford and the offense generated nine points in a Week 5 loss at Green Bay, but he didn’t have the services of WRs Calvin Johnson and Nate Burleson. Time/TV: 2:30 p.m./Channel 5. Line: Cowboys by 91⁄ Notes: Cowboys QB Tony Romo’s clutch play during Sunday’s game-winning drive vs. the New York Giants kept the team undefeated (4-0) in the NFC East. Dallas can ill-afford to lose to a struggling team with the division’s co-leader, the Philadelphia Eagles, playing their best football of the season. ... The Raiders’ fourth-ranked running game isn’t the same with QB Matt McGloin starting while Terrelle Pryor (knee) is less than 100 percent. Regardless, after seeing the Cowboys surrender 202 yards on the ground to the Giants, expect to see plenty of carries for Oakland RB Rashad Jennings and possibly former starter Darren McFadden (hamstring). Line: Ravens by 21⁄ Notes: Both teams are among six tied for the second wild-card spot in the AFC, and each could make a run at the AFC North crown as they face the Cincinnati Bengals in December. ... Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger has been heating up during the team’s threegame winning streak, throwing six touchdown passes with no interceptions in the last two weeks. ... The Ravens’ running game went back into a dormant state Sunday against the New York Jets (67 yards on 2.2 yards a carry) after it made a brief appearance in Week 11 with 174 yards in a loss to the Chicago Bears. But Baltimore has been getting it done at home on defense, allowing an average of 10.8 points a game while going 4-1.
