Made in Clarkdale features area artists
The Verde Valley is one of Arizona’s most inviting places. With Cottonwood, Jerome and other communities offering so much to do, it’s easy to overlook Clarkdale. The Made in Clarkdale Art Show will present the original works of more than 50 artists in a variety of media including sculpture, painting and photography. A gala opening is planned for 6-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6. There will be live music and a belly-dance performance as well as beer, wine and appetizers. From Dec. 7-15 there will be exhibits, workshops and demonstrations daily, and live music in the evenings. Check the website for the performance schedule.
