88, of Scottsdale, passed away February 17, 2014. Born in Waukesha, WI, Bob was a U.S. Army-Air Corps veteran and retired from ITT-Cannon in 1995, as a Contract Administra­tor. He had been an involved and longtime member of Living Water Lutheran Church and a sponsor of many men in over thirty years supporting victims of substance abuse through Al-Anon. Bob will be greatly missed by his two sons, David John Coutts and Lawrence Robert Coutts and his wife, Linda; four grandchild­ren, Melissa, Marcia, Michelle and Michael; and four great grandchild­ren, Cade, Aubrey, Trace and Hunter; a sister, Anne Betty and brother, Jim. He is also survived by his close friend, Carol Flowers of Scottsdale, who shared a deep and spiritual relationsh­ip with him for the last ten years. Bob’s wife Peggy, of 55 years preceded him in death in 2002 as well as his two brothers, Wally and George "Bill". A Memorial Service commemorat­ing Bob’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 2nd at Living Water Lutheran Church, 9201 E. Happy Valley Road in Scottsdale. Graveside services with Military honors will be held for the family at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, where Bob and Peggy will be interred together.
