Her husband, Neil Ciarfalia, was chief financial officer of Azar Corp., which in 2005 operated the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, N.J.; the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Las Vegas; Casino Aztar in Caruthersville, Mo.; and Casino Aztar in Evansville, Ind.
