BRB Properties, a Delaware limited liability company in Paradise Valley, paid cash for a 14,193square-foot house with pool built in 2013 at Villaresi, a gated community in Paradise Valley. The house was sold by Gregory D. Stanford, as president of Legendary Homes Inc. of Scottsdale.

Tracy Thares used a trust to buy a 9,056-square-foot house with pool built in 2014 on the eastside of the Silverleaf Club in Scottsdale. Her husband, Jim Thares, is the founder of Primrose Retirement Communitie­s of Aberdeen, S.D. The house was sold by Ian Whitmore, a principal of Blue Skies Realty in Scottsdale, and Arthur Luhrs, representi­ng his Standing Rock Constructi­on LLC of Scottsdale.

Cheryl Venarge used her trust to pay cash for a 9,045-square-foot house with pool built in 2007 in Paradise Canyon Foothills in Paradise Valley. Her husband, David Venarge, is chairman and owner of APV Engineered Coatings in Akron, Ohio. The house was sold by Thomas DeMark Jr. and Melinda DeMark. Thomas DeMark Jr. is president of DeMark Analytics LLC, a financial services company in Phoenix.

The house was sold by Robert and Christie Austin III using their Jama Family LLC. Robert Austin III is principal of EMC Holdings LLC, an investment holding company in Greenwood Village, Colo., and Englewood Mortgage Co. in Scottsdale.

Jeffrey Cannon is president and CEO of Diamond V Mills Inc., a manufactur­er of nutritiona­l fermentati­on products in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The house was sold by Ronald and Katherine Brown. Ronald Brown is president of Atrium Holdco LLC, a hotel investment company in Scottsdale. He previously served as executive vice president of strategy of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc.
