A consultant for medical devices companies, vice president of a firm that providing security and training to auto dealers and the founder of a scrapbook die-cutting company are among the buyers and sellers of this week’s top five luxury home sales.

An Arizona company, 5600 Saguaro LLC, paid cash for a 14,514-squarefoot house in Jokake Camelback Properties in Paradise Valley. The 2004, five-bedroom home in a gated community, features 12 fireplaces, a guest house, tennis court and pool with gazebo and fountains. The house was sold by Joe L. Riley, president and CEO of RMA Associates Inc., which owns National Auto Mart in Phoenix, a family-owned and operated independent automobile dealer specializing in off-lease fleet vehicles.

Steve and Diana Belknap bought a 3,964-square-foot house at Equestrian Manor in Scottsdale. The couple are franchisees of a European Wax Center in Phoenix. Steve Belknap also is divisional vice president of SouthWest Dealer Services, a Phoenix company that provides security systems and training to auto dealers. The company was acquired in 2015SouthWest Dealer Services by Spencer Capital Holdings, an auto insurance firm, but personnel and services remained the same. The house includes a wine room, diving pool, tennis courts, outdoor kitchen and home movie theater with a 167-inch movie screen. Dean E. and Jacqueline G. Cherry sold the house. Dean Cherry is managing director of Transworld Business Advisors of western Kentucky. Transworld specializes in the sale of businesses and commercial real estate. Cherry is former vice president of operations of Connecticut-based Cenveo, an envelope product group.

Christophe and Joanne Sevrain bought a 2008 house in Bret Hills in Paradise Valley. Christophe Sevrain is founder of CJPS Medical Systems, offering consulting services for medical-device companies. He also is the former managing director of Delphi Medical Systems and vice president for global technology of Baxter International, which focuses on treatments for acute medical conditions. The 8,765-square-foot house sits on more than an acre and features a butler’s pantry, wine room, theater and combined stoned and hardwood floors. James J. and Stacey Caron sold the house. Stacey Caron is co-founder of Spellbinders Paper Arts, a scrapbook die-cutting company, manufacturer and marketer for crafters in Phoenix.
