Brady’s jersey stolen again, this time in fun at Fenway Park

BOSTON - Tom Brady’s Super Bowl jersey was stolen again — this time by Rob Gronkowski in full view of 37,000 screaming Red Sox fans. The Patriots quarterbac­k was waving the jersey around during the pregame ceremony on opening day at Fenway Park on Monday. Gronkowski ripped it out of his hands and ran around the infield before Brady chased him down and playfully tackled him in right field.

Georgetown hires Patrick Ewing as men’s basketball coach

WASHINGTON - Georgetown has hired Patrick Ewing to be its men’s basketball coach, bringing the Hoyas legend back to the school he helped build into a national power as a player in the 1980s.

Ewing led the Hoyas to their only national championsh­ip in 1984, and he takes over for the son of the man who coached him at Georgetown. John Thompson III, the son of Big John Thompson, was fired last month after two consecutiv­e losing seasons.

De’Aaron Fox says he will leave Kentucky to enter NBA draft

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Kentucky freshman De’Aaron Fox says he will enter the NBA draft and hire an agent, becoming the first of several Wildcats who could leave after reaching the Elite Eight this season.
