Located in the historical 10-story Luhrs Building, this bar sits beneath what was the Prohibitio­n Department until 1934. The menu is a pop-culture-themed book with playful drinks, a non-alcoholic drink section and eclectic eats like a ramen burger and Asian buffalo shrimp and grits. Open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays (food served until 1:30 a.m.), with happy hour until 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays.
