that knew and loved her. Her life-story was good, positive, and happy. It was one of warmth, love, and deep friendship­s...a story where the occasional storm clouds always gave way to sunshine. Those of us fortunate enough to have known Mari, are thankful and blessed to have had this beautiful lady in our lives. We’ll miss your warm smile every day, sweet Mari, and we’ll carry wonderful memories of you in our hearts forever. Mari is survived by her husband, Keith Edwards; her son, Alexander Edwards; mother and father, Milagros and Narciso Ortega; her Brothers, Noby and Jose Ortega; sister-in law, Mari Ortega; niece, Daniella Ortega; and loving aunts, uncles and cousins. On Saturday, 9 September, at 10:00 am, a memorial service will be held for Mari at Bear Creek Cemetery, 100 Bear Creek Cemetery Rd., in Euless, Texas 76039. 95, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on August 18, 2017. Mr. Pietzsch was born and raised in Burlington, Iowa. He was a small business owner for over 40 years, and was actively involved in his church and with the Y.M.C.A. His wife, Leanna, preceded him in death. Survivors include his son, Michael (Ellen) Pietzsch, of Phoenix, his daughter, Rebecca (Robert) Wittkamp, of Mesa, four grandchild­ren and three great grandchild­ren. A private celebratio­n of life and remembranc­e will be held by the family. The family requests that contributi­ons be made to the Hospice of the Valley.
