PHOENIX – Corinne “Cookie” Levine of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on October 17, 2018, at the age of 80. Cookie was born in New York City and moved to Phoenix with her husband Jack in 1963. She volunteere­d for Central Arizona Health Systems Agency and served two terms as president of Planned Parenthood of AZ. She later became an entreprene­ur and founded Levine Linens, a wholesaler of high-end tabletop (china, stemware and flatware) and luxury bed linens. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jack Levine, and her three children Adam Levine (Christina Frye), Alison Levine (Pat Kern) and Justin Levine. She is also survived by her beloved granddaugh­ters Katherine and Jacquelyn Frye Levine, her granddogs Trooper and Olive, and her grandcat Cupcake. Cookie requested that there be no memorial service, but if you feel inclined to do something to honor her life -- please raise a glass in her memory (especially if you bought it from her).
