S. Fred Hawkins

PHOENIX – S. Fred Hawkins, 83, passed away Sept. 18, 2018. He was born in Phoenix in 1935, graduated from Grand Canyon College in 1956 and received his master’s from Arizona State. He was a teacher, coach and administrator for 40 years, serving in Duncan and Paradise Valley, AZ, then Rolla and Kirkwood, MO. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be dearly missed.

Memorial service will be Saturday, Oct 27 at 2:00 p.m. at Kirkwood Baptist Church in St. Louis, MO. Donations may be made to the S. Fred Hawkins Memorial Fund at Grand Canyon Univ. by check to GCU Scholarship Foundation, 24 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
