No. 5 Georgia 66, UMass 27: Freshman Justin Fields threw two scoring passes and ran for another touchdown, Tyler Simmons had rushing and receiving scores and host Georgia protected its playoff hopes by overwhelmi­ng UMass.

No. 10 LSU 42, Rice 10: Joe Burrow passed for a career-high 307 yards and two touchdowns in less than three quarters, and host LSU rolled to a victory over struggling Rice.

No. 15 Florida 63, Idaho 10: Feleipe Franks passed for 274 yards and three touchdowns – all in the first half – and host Florida ran up 600 total yards to rout overmatche­d Idaho.

Florida rolled to a 49-0 lead at halftime.

No. 20 Kentucky 34, Middle Tennessee 23: Mike Edwards had two takeaways leading to Kentucky’s first two touchdowns and the Wildcats made several fourth-quarter defensive stops for an escape of visiting Middle Tennessee.

No. 25 Mississipp­i St 52, Arkansas 6: Nick Fitzgerald threw for four touchdowns and ran for another score to lead host Mississipp­i State over Arkansas.

Missouri 50, Tennessee 17: Drew Lock threw two touchdown passes and Larry Rountree rushed for 135 yards as visiting Missouri trounced Tennessee.

Auburn 53, Liberty 0: Seth Williams caught five passes for 109 yards and a touchdown, Kam Martin ran for 116 yards and Auburn’s defense pitched a shutout in a victory over visiting Liberty.

Texas A&M 41, UAB 20: Trayveon Williams ran for 167 yards and two touchdowns to lead host Texas A&M to a win over UAB to snap the Blazers’ schoolreco­rd eight-game winning streak.
