CHANDLER – At the age of 62 Bryan Normandin peacefully passed in his home in Chandler, Arizona on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Bryan, along with his twin brother Brad, were born July 19, 1956, in Des Moines, Iowa to his parents Markelene and Duane Normandin. He spent most of his youth in Urbandale, Iowa where he graduated from Urbandale High School in 1974. He then spent several years in Iowa working in construction before moving to Arizona. Bryan studied at Mesa Community College and Arizona State University’s Construction Management Program, where he graduated at the top of his class and began a successful career managing large-scale construction projects. In 1986, he and his wife Victoria started a family and had two daughters (the love of his life): Anna and Leigh.

Bryan had a passion for the outdoors, which he shared with his friends and family who joined him on regular hunting and camping trips. Bryan, known by those close to him as “Baja,” loved spending weekends on the beach in Mexico or in the mountains of northern Arizona with his wife Pamela and dogs Rocky and Chico.

Bryan’s inventive and artistic nature was expressed through his beautiful woodwork and building projects. He had a contagious laugh and was always the life of the party.

Bryan is survived by his daughters, Anna and Leigh Normandin, wife Pamela Normandin and his siblings Pamela K. (Guy), Scott (Leigh), Brad (Danny) and Laurie (Mike) Throckmorton.

“They say I’m crazy but I have a good time” –Joe Walsh, was the rock n roll mantra Bryan lived his life by. “Life’s been good . . .”
