GLENDALE – Mark James Halley, “Mick”, age 66, passed away peacefully with both of his sons at his side on Monday, November 12th, 2018 in Glendale, Arizona. Mick was born on November 14th, 1951, in Rockford, Illinois to Warren George and Reva Mae Halley. Mick was a beloved Grandfathe­r, Father, Brother, Uncle and friend. Mick is survived by his two sons and their families: Lucas James and Sandra Nicole and their two sons, Nolan James and Connor James; Jeremy James and Catherine and their three daughters, Lily Alise, Rose Catherine, and Daisy Scarlet. He is also survived by his three siblings, Linda Roffelsen, Leigh Halley and Cindy Halley. Mick was a graduate of Pecatonica High School, Class of 1969, in Pecatonica, Illinois. Shortly after High School Mick moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he attended and graduated Barber College, got married and started a family. Mick was a talented profession­al barber due to his skill but more importantl­y because of his love of life and people. Mick’s witty sense of humor, affection, laugh and loving energy were both magnetic and contagious. Mick loved to fish, hunt, camp, off-road and enjoy the outdoors with his family and friends at every opportunit­y. To know Mick was to love Mick! Memorial Services will be held at Heritage Funeral Chapel on November 24th, 2018 at 1:00pm located at 6830 W. Thunderbir­d Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381.
