Mykah Anderson, Chandler, Basketball
Chandler's Mykah Anderson had 46 points, making eight 3-pointers, and grabbing seven rebounds with five assists and eight steals in a 90-35 win over Glendale Mountain Ridge. She also had 19 points in a win over Boulder Creek.
Anderson is in her third year on varsity for Chandler. 46 points is the most she has scored in her basketball career. The junior guard is averaging just over 18 points per game and over three steals per game.
Anderson was a member of the black student union club at her school and carries a 3.8 GPA.
She is unsure where she wants attend college, but knows she wants to focus her studies in the medical field, in hopes to become a pharmacist one day.
