Joseph P. Ferraro paid cash for an 8,017-square foot new-constructi­on mansion in Paradise Valley’s community of Adobe Ranch Unit 1.

The 1-acre-lot estate has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and was built in 2018.

The mansion features a kitchen with double islands and marble counter tops. The home also has a sauna room and a separate guest house.

The resort-style backyard offers views of Camelback and Mummy mountains and includes a pool, barbecue station and a ramada with a swim-up bar. Carol S. Levins sold the home as manager of Sandcastle Enterprise­s LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company.

The 4,294-square-foot house has four bedrooms and 31⁄2 bathrooms. Monterosa Home LLC, an Arizona limited-liability company, sold the home.

Adam and Christina Hizme purchased a ranch-style house in Scottsdale’s Mountain View community.

The 4,831-square-foot house was built in 1952 and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The home has Camelback Mountain views and includes a 600-square-foot guest house, a four-car garage and a separate golf-cart garage. Nicolas Bebeau, an oral surgeon practicing in the Valley, and his wife, Licci, sold the house.
