Among the buyers and sellers: a hall of fame sportscast­er, a computer software company executive and a med spa owner.

ESPN’s college basketball and football play-by-play commentato­r Sean McDonough purchased a mansion in Scottsdale’s Lombardi Estates. The broadcaste­r was the lead play-by-play announcer for Monday Night Football games from 2016 to 2018.

The 8,100-square-foot house was completed in 2019 and has five bedrooms, 81⁄2 bathrooms, three powder rooms and an office.

The home features floor-to-ceiling glass millwork, a large chef’s kitchen and a master suite with separate his-and-hers vanities.

CP HFT Developmen­t 3 LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, sold the home.

Lionel and Lisa Williams DeSilva used a trust to purchase a golf course lot mansion in Scottsdale’s Glenn Moor Estates community. Lisa Williams DeSilva is the owner of Ultra Smooth Skin, Inc., a medical spa with locations in Scottsdale and Chandler.

The 10,005-square-foot estate has four bedrooms, 61⁄2 bathrooms and overlooks the 12th fairway of the Troon Country Club golf course.

The mansion features hand-carved wooden beams, stone flooring, a home theater, a 1,000-bottle wine vault and a six-car garage. The grounds include a resort-style backyard with a pool, spa and outdoor fireplace.

Nichole Groff sold the home through her trust.

Brian and Sharon Herndon of Box Elder, South Dakota, paid cash through a family trust for an estate in Scottsdale’s Pinnacle Peak Vistas III community. Located in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, the 4,439-square-foot house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The contempora­ry-style home has ninefoot ceilings and a great room with sliding glass walls that connect the home’s indoor and outdoor space.

David Conley and Robert Saenz of Dallas sold the home.
