Frontier adds California flights from Sky Harbor
Ultra low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines will expand its service in the Valley by offering two new daily flights from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Starting April 23, Frontier will add daily flights to two California destinations: Los Angeles International Airport and Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport.
This addition brings the total number of destinations that Frontier serves from Phoenix to 17.
“We see tremendous growth opportunities for low-cost air travel in Phoenix and today’s expansion announcement provides significantly lower fares to key California markets,” Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial for Frontier Airlines, said in an emailed statement.
