We’ve heard many questions on whether salons, barbershops, and similar locations should be closing. We received clarification from Gov @dougducey’s office that they are considered “essential” functions, and cities are precluded from requiring them to close. (1/2) We were advised that
they are encompassed by the “personal hygiene” language included in the Executive Order that was issued. (2/2)
