Alice Cooper is about to have his name and likeness on a limited-edition run of custom-made chocolate milk bottles from Danzeisen Dairy in Laveen, Arizona.

The milk will be available this fall for home delivery in Arizona and at stores that carry Danzeisen products.

Proceeds from the sales of the chocolate milk will benefit the free teen music, art and dance programs at Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Center, which opened in 2012 on the southeast corner of Thunderbird Road and 32nd Street in Phoenix.

In a press release, the legendary rocker said, “Solid Rock and I are excited to partner with and represent Danzeisen Dairy because when most people think of Alice Cooper, they picture rock ‘n’ roll, comedy, guillotines, snakes, horror... CHOCOLATE MILK!!!”

A locally owned family dairy serving all of Arizona, Danzeisen and its marketing agency, Ideas Collide, designed a recyclable glass quart bottle with the singer’s likeness.

Kevin Danzeisen, who owns and manages Danzeisen Dairy, said the business strives “to put out the best milk product we can along with supporting local charities, so we are honored that Alice wants to put his face on one of our signature bottles.”

Prior to the COVID-19 social distancing concerns that caused Cooper to close the teen center on Monday, March 15, those programs drew a daily average of 100 kids ages 12-20.

There are multiple practice spaces in the 28,000-square-foot building, which also features a recording studio, an art studio and a computer lab inside a teen room where aspiring artists also can hang out and play air hockey, video games and foosball.

There’s also a stage where they can show off what they’ve learned, as well as ample reminders of the man who made this possible and often drops in to offer encouragement.

A second location in Mesa is scheduled to open this year. between Aug. 11-12 to watch the Perseids, the summer’s strongest meteor shower.
