Metro Phoenix’s priciest home sales top $4 million each

A movie theater, an in-house gym and a wine cellar are among the luxurious features that can be found in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metropolit­an Phoenix.

All of the top five deals exceeded $4 million.

Topping the list this week is a cash purchase by a California limited liability company named Properties GB7 for an 8,024-square-foot mansion located at the base of Mummy Mountain in Paradise Valley.

The five-bedroom house was built in 2017 and sits on nearly two acres. The mansion contains a home office, a movie theater and an in-house gym. Grounds of the estate feature a fullsized tennis court and a resort-style pool.

Naveen and Denise Reddy sold the house through a living trust. Naveen is an anesthesio­logist and Denise is a diagnostic radiologis­t, both practicing in metro Phoenix.

Hesser Technologi­es, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, paid cash for a contempora­ry-style estate in Paradise Valley’s Turquoise Hills subdivisio­n. The 6,975-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The house comes with a front courtyard, a pool and a separate guest house. The house was sold by Jonathan Pappo, trustee of the JPP Trust and managing member of Rossland Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

A Scottsdale mansion in the DC Ranch community changed ownership in a deal between limited liability companies. AZ Property Holdings, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, sold the house to HRJWL, LLC of Scottsdale. The two-story mansion has mountain views and a backyard that includes a pool, courtyards and a built-in barbecue area. There are five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms in the 8,741-square-foot house.

Gary and Susan Carlson purchased an 11,756-square-foot mansion in Paradise Valley’s Camelback Lands community The house features Mediterran­eanstyle architectu­re and comes with a formal dining room, a walk-in wine cellar and an air-conditione­d seven-car garage. The 2.24-acre estate has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. William A. Pope sold the property through a trust.

Orchid Paradise, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, purchased a cul-desac lot in Paradise Valley’s Views at Cheney subdivisio­n.

The 1.47-acre property will be a singlefami­ly residence, according to Maricopa County Recorder documents.

The property was sold by 7009 El Alba, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
