The Phoenix area’s priciest home sales top $2 million each
A Scottsdale dentist and a former Morgan Stanley marketing executive were among the buyers of the most expensive homes in metro Phoenix this week. Among the luxury features: column pillars, a two-way fireplace and a smart home system.

The Arcadia-area house has a Savant smart home system and a modern kitchen that features a large island with seating for six. The great room has a retractable glass wall that opens to the backyard and a spacious covered patio. Andy and Heather Cracchiolo sold the 7,601-square foot home through a trust.

The single-level mansion has vaulted wood beam ceilings, modern light fixtures and multiple outdoor spaces with mountain views. There are five bedrooms and 61⁄2 bathrooms in the 6,471square-foot house.
