BLUE JACKETS 3, Panthers 2 (SO) : Alexandre Texier slickly beat Chris Driedger five-hole in the fourth round of a shootout to lift Columbus.

CANADIENS 4, Flames 2 : Carey Price made 23 saves, Brendan Gallagher, Shea Weber, Josh Anderson and Tyler Toffoli scored and Montreal beat Calgary.

Kings at WILD, late : Carl Grundstrom and Kurtis MacDermid scored, and Calvin Peterson made 32 saves as the Kings held on to beat the Wild 2-1 on Tuesday.

Red Wings at STARS, late : Jason Dickinson scored 1:32 into overtime and the Stars won a third straight home game to start their delayed season, beating the Red Wings 2-1 on Tuesday.

Sharks at AVALANCHE, late : Brandon Saad scored twice, one in a three-goal flurry at the end of the first period, and the Colorado Avalanche beat the San Jose Sharks 7-3 on Tuesday night.

Ducks at COYOTES, late : John Gibson stopped 31 shots for his second shutout in four starts and the Ducks beat the Coyotes 1-0 on Tuesday night.

Maple Leafs at OILERS, late : Nikolaj Ehlers had a goal and three assists and the Winnipeg Jets rallied from a two-goal deficit and beat the Edmonton Oilers 6-4 on Tuesday night.

Senators at CANUCKS, late : J.T. Miller had two goals and an assist and the Canucks handed the Senators their sixth straight loss, 5-1 Wednesday night.
