Felines Nali and Jenny: Best furiends furever
Every year, approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter shelters nationwide, according to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Of those, about 3.3 million are dogs and 3.2 million are cats.

Nali and Jenny
This gorgeous duo is the perfect example, and perhaps even definition of BFFs aka Best Furiends Furever! Beautiful Nali, a 16-year-old domestic medium hair, and her bestie of 14 years, Jenny, the black medium-haired kitty, found their way to the Arizona Humane Society after more than a decade of living together when a member of the family became allergic and they were no longer able to care for them.
Now that they are back on the market for a new forever home, these two just could not bear living out their golden years without each other and will need to find a family willing to take them in as a pair. Both Nali and Jenny underwent little dental procedures to ensure their mouths are in tip-top shape, but other than that have been found to be in great health for their age.
This pair most definitely has a lot of love to give each other, as they can be seen snuggling with one another every night. Both kitties are very friendly with people and have been known to start purring before their kennel door is even open when they know they have visitors who are there to give them lots of pets and attention.
How to adopt: The Arizona Humane Society’s adoption locations remain closed as the shelter continues to heal and rehabilitate pets coming in but its Virtual Matchmaking Adoptions by appointment is available to place pets with their forever families.
