More than $23M spent on top 5 metro Phoenix luxury homes

More than $23 million was spent on metro Phoenix’s five priciest home sales during the past week. Each sale was all cash.

$5,250,000

A 10,033-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion was purchased by a Delaware LLC called Toirtap. The house in the gated Judson neighborho­od comes with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a wine cellar, conference room, steam room, sauna and floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

An LLC called 4606MO led by Tarl Robinson, CEO of the health product firm Plexus Worldwide, sold the house. Christophe­r Karas of Launch Real Estate had the listing.

$4,900,000

Angels Trust, led by Shane and Robin Robison, purchased a house in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. Shane Robison was an executive with Hewlett-Packard. The four bedroom, 41⁄2 bathroom house overlooks the community’s Geronimo golf course. The home has his and her offices, an exercise room, natural stone walls, five fireplaces and three fire pits. The James Pickett Trust sold the house.

$4,750,000

David Fordham also bought a house in Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The 7,272-square-foot mansion comes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, distressed wood floors, beamed ceilings, disappeari­ng glass walls and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar with tasting room. Stephen Newlin sold the house. He was CEO of polymer materials maker PolyOne Corp.

$4,350,000

Catapultsm­ith LLC of Manhattan Beach, California, bought a house on the Phoenix side of the popular Arcadia neighborho­od. The recently renovated property wasn’t listed, so there’s little informatio­n about it available. James and Kelsey Harden sold the home.

$3,895,000

Donna Henslee of Longmont, Colorado, bought a 4,364-square-foot home in Paradise Valley’s Mountain Shadows Resort. Henslee is head of a group called Quiet Ventures. The home, with three bedrooms and 31⁄2 bathrooms, has an outdoor kitchen with a firelit entertaini­ng area and fully retractabl­e glass patio doors. MaryAnn and Duane Miller sold the house. MaryAnn Miller is chief administra­tive officer for publicly traded Avnet Inc.
