Phoenix home in Arcadia sells for $5.5M
The CFOs of Nikola and On Semiconductors purchased the two most expensive metro Phoenix houses on last week’s list of the top home sales.

Kim and Neeley Brady bought an almost 8,000-square-foot home on the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. Kim Brady is CFO of Phoenix-based Nikola Corp., an electric vehicle manufacturer. The five-bedroom, 4 1⁄2-bathroom house was renovated in 2019 and has a pool, a spa, two fire pits and an outdoor kitchen that overlook Camelback Mountain. The master bedroom comes with a fireplace and steam shower.
Julie and Richard Jacobsen sold the home. Natalie Jacobsen of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

Sam and Kathleen Trent purchased a 5,037-square-foot home with five bedrooms and 5 1⁄2 bathrooms near the Paradise Valley Camelback Country Club. Sam Trent is CFO of Phoenixbased ON Semiconductor Corp. The house comes with hardwood flooring, imported porcelain and two white marble islands.
The David C Schwab Trust, led by the founder of Palo Alto, California-based Vertical Venture Partners, sold the house.

Nathan and Brittany McClain, founders of the vision insurance search firm PracticePal.io, paid cash for a five-bedroom, 6 1⁄2-bathroom home in Gilbert. David and Sharron Walsh sold the 7,639-square-foot home. Sharron Walsh is CEO of Isagenix International, a multilevel marketing firm that sells nutrition and weight-loss products. The listing didn’t provide additional information on the property.

James Zimmerman bought a contemporary 5,580-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The home comes with five bedrooms, 5 1⁄2 bathrooms, two offices and a front courtyard with a water fountain and firepits. The house’s large entertaining space has a formal dining room, a wine room, a fireplace and a full bar with seating.
Tulsa developer and philanthropist Michael Case sold the home. The Michael D. Case Tennis Center at the University of Tulsa is named for him.

Lorne Clark, CEO of Atlanta-based Arc Business Management, purchased a new home near the Arizona Biltmore resort in Phoenix. The 4,627-squarefoot, Scandinavian-style house has walls of glass, a fireplace, five ensuite bedrooms, a semi-detached pool house and is located on an acre.
