PHOENIX – On Tuesday, October 4, 2022, Dr. Thomas L. Tinlin passed away at age 75 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfathe­r, brother and uncle. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his children: Brandon (Charlotta) Tinlin, Sommer (Brian) Weathersby, Rachael Soteros, Samantha (Jason) Wellcome, Levi Soteros, and Jordan Soteros, his grandchild­ren (which were the light of his life): Jonathan (Sam) Weathersby, Alyssa (Ian) Slunaker, Cailyn Weathersby, Andrew Weathersby, Tobias Tinlin, Kora Tinlin, Sage Soteros, and baby girl Wellcome. He is also survived by his sister Denise Moxie, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Aaron Tinlin, both of his parents (Thomas and Iris Tinlin), and his sister (Ann Best).

As a brilliant healer for over 50 years, his skill and energy made a difference in countless lives of his patients, friends, and family. He was a lifelong learner and educator. He took great pride in his ability to not only get people healthy, but also teach them how to make their lives better. He was always quick with a joke and great at telling stories. His wit, humor, and great hugs will be missed by everyone that was blessed enough to have him in their lives.

TMR, III, you will always be loved and missed! A celebratio­n of Dr. Thomas L. Tinlin’s life will be held Monday, October 10, 2022, at Scottsdale Bible Church – Cactus Campus at 11 am with a reception to follow at 12 pm. 2501 E Cactus Rd., Phoenix, AZ. We encourage all to attend to share stories and memories.
