This next chapter in the story begins when a corrupt lawyer known for representi­ng the worst criminals in the area turns up dead right on the county line. Although the seasoned Rockwell loses the fight over jurisdicti­on to the newly appointed neighborin­g sheriff, he is unable to shake suspicions that a local mob boss is involved.
