Move over, pumpkin spice. It’s peppermint’s time to shine.

With a wintery chill creeping into the air, some national chains have announced the return of their holidaythemed food and drink menus, including the beloved peppermint milkshakes. One of the most well-known is from Chik-fil-A, which first introduced its seasonal Peppermint Chip Milkshake in 2008. Here’s when and where you can get a peppermint milkshake this winter.

Chik-fil-A

Chik-fil-A brought back its limitedtime Peppermint Chip Milkshake on Nov. 14. The chain saw orders of the holiday treat peak last year, a press statement said. On Monday, Chik-fil-A will also reintroduce its Chicken Tortilla Soup. Both items will be available until Jan. 7, or while supplies last.

At Wendy’s, a new peppermint Frosty debuted on its menu Nov. 15.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
