NASCAR driver spends $5.6M in Scottsdale
NASCAR driver Kyle Larson, who won the 2021 championship at Phoenix Raceway, bought a Scottsdale house. An executive with Freeport-McMoRan Inc. also purchased one of the priciest houses to sell in metro Phoenix last week.

A trust named after the address of the home bought a new 8,202-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a four-car garage. A Delaware LLC called ATARAXIA 6453 was the seller.

Michael and Joanna Peebles paid cash for a 9,760-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s DC Ranch community. The Bing Hu-designed home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an office and media, game and wine rooms. It also has a cold plunge pool and outdoor kitchen. An LLC called DC Real Estate Ventures LLC was the seller and the property was listed by Deborah and Andrew Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty.

Ronald and Ty Reeves, a real estate agent, sold it.

The home has imported Italian marble, a butcher block kitchen island, an outdoor kitchen, a fountain, two guest houses and an elevator. Robert and Maria Palko were the sellers.

Robert and Ingrid Wimmer sold it.
